In this role, you will:Lead the full industrialization of aluminum HPDC projects, from process definition to customer validation and serial production ramp-up.Define, optimize, and validate injection parameters, process conditions, and automation strategies to ensure process stability and product quality.Prepare technical specifications for injection machines (750-1100T), automated cells, and auxiliary equipment.Participate in the selection and validation of equipment, including Italpress, Bühler, or equivalent technologies.Validate production equipment at supplier sites (local and international) prior to installation.Define plant layout for casting cells, ensuring proper infrastructure, utilities, and production flow.Lead production trials, process adjustments, and ramp-up activities until full product conformity is achieved.Drive troubleshooting of complex casting defects such as porosity, shrinkage, inclusions, leaks, and deformations.Support cost estimation and quoting activities by analyzing part designs and technical specifications from a process standpoint.Develop and train production teams, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge transfer of new processes.Promote continuous improvement, process standardization, and implementation of best practices in casting operations.Contribute to long-term investment strategies, including equipment acquisition and technology roadmap (up to 5 years).Perfil buscadoThe successfull HPDC Senior Engineer will:Hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Bring 15+ years of experience in aluminum HPDC within the automotive industry.Demonstrate strong expertise in injection parameter definition, process control, and casting defect resolution.Possess hands-on experience with injection machines ranging from 750 to 1100 tons and automated casting cells.Show proven experience in new project industrialization, from concept to serial production.Have strong capabilities in diagnosing and solving complex technical issues on the shop floor.Exhibit a hands-on mindset with strong plant presence and operational involvement.Demonstrate experience working in international environments and managing cross-functional projects.Communicate effectively in English (mandatory); French is a plus.Show strong technical leadership, autonomy, decision-making skills, and the ability to mentor and develop teams.Qué Ofrecemosabove the law.ContactoFernando LatabanIngresar referencia para vacanteJN-042026-6988854Descripción de la vacanteSectorIngeniería y manufacturaSub SectorControl de ProyectosIndustriaIndustrial / ManufacturingLocalizaciónInternationalTipo de contratoPermanenteNombre del consultorFernando LatabanReferencia de la vacanteJN-042026-6988854
