We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) - Home & Personal Care with strong sales, marketing, and negotiation skills to drive portfolio growth across Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
  • Lead the growth of the HPC market across Mexico, CAM, and the Caribbean.
  • Drive business development and strategic initiatives in a dynamic role.

Descripción

  • Expand market share and increase sales in Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean.
  • Develop and implement business strategies and commercial plans for Home & Personal Care customers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain teams to identify and execute growth opportunities.
  • Manage customer relationships, track market trends, and lead contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress using CRM tools (Salesforce).

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
  • Proven experience in the chemical industry, specifically in raw materials or specialty chemicals for Home & Personal Care.
  • Strong background in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Experience managing distributors is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and native-level Spanish.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel (30% of the time).
  • Must be based in Mexico.
