- Is responsible for research and resolution of major labor problems
- Advises and trains managers and supervisors in proper HR practices, as well as ensures their implementation.
- Is responsible for the implementation, measurement, monitoring and reporting of
- Occupational Health and Safety policies and practices
- Identify internal and external best practices
- Advise its HR team on new or improved management/ control methods
- Works with local and division leaders to execute development plans for high-potential employees
- Conducts together with the HRDD the succession plans of key positions within its Business Unit
- Collaborates with the leadership team to foster and promote a climate of disciplined execution
- Manages change-related strategies within its Business Unit
- Supports the Director of the Unit in the definition and successful execution of change management processes
- Detection and attraction of talent
- Organizational Planning and Development
- Remuneration Systems
- Development of policies and procedures
- Analysis and measurement of work environments
- Analysis and planning of Effective Training Methods
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
- Minimum education: Bachelor / Qualified Engineer
- Experience Required: minimum 5 years in a similar position
- Required languages: Spanish and Advanced English (Able to establish business conversations)
- ISO 14001 Environmental aspects knowledge
- ISO 14001 Legal Requirements knowledge
- Mexican Federal Labor and related laws knowledge
- US Labor Practices and related laws knowledge
