Descripción

  • Lead and restructure the HR department in a growing industrial plant.
  • Manage a team of approximately five HR professionals.
  • Oversee full-scope HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and organizational development.
  • Drive mass recruitment strategies and on boarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and manage union relations, including collective bargaining agreements.
  • Represent the company in dealings with chambers of commerce, associations, and organizations.
  • Handle labor lawsuits and coordinate with legal teams.
  • Manage affairs with Mexican Migration Authorities.
  • Foster communication, influence, and strategic alignment with business goals.

Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years in HR leadership roles within industrial environments of 1,000+ employees.
  • Launching new facilities or building HR departments.
  • Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and union negotiations.
  • Mass recruitment and organizational transformation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High level of influence and strategic thinking.
  • Bilingual.
