Descripción

  • Define policies and processes for Human Resources, according to the business requirements to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • Implement and monitor strategic staffing plan, compensation & benefit package, training and development, labor relations and budgeting
  • In alliance with the Managing team, will be responsible for defining strategic objectives and priorities, and leading and supervising its delivery
  • Leads the HR team guaranteeing results are delivered on time
  • Plan and execute strategies to attract and retain talent and encourage their development

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • 3-5 years as a Senior HR Manager in the call center industry.
  • Strong call center experience.
  • Ability to understand the business and develop strategies that from the stand point of HR support company's growth.
  • A Results-oriented, global citizen with strong leadership skills.
  • Fluent in English is a must.
