- Implement and monitor strategic staffing plan, compensation & benefit package, training and development, labor relations and budgeting
- In alliance with the Managing team, will be responsible for defining strategic objectives and priorities, and leading and supervising its delivery
- Leads the HR team guaranteeing results are delivered on time
- Plan and execute strategies to attract and retain talent and encourage their development
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
- 3-5 years as a Senior HR Manager in the call center industry.
- Strong call center experience.
- Ability to understand the business and develop strategies that from the stand point of HR support company's growth.
- A Results-oriented, global citizen with strong leadership skills.
- Fluent in English is a must.
