  • Partner with Regional leadership team and Senior Stakeholders across functions.
  • Accountable for developing and deploying the regional strategy. Actively contribute and influence the long- term business strategy development along side with the leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the Regional leadership to identify and deploy key success factors to support longer term business growth.
  • Lead the footprint discussion with the leadership team in regards of organizational structure/design and labor law boundaries.
  • In close relationship with HR corporate central and HR country teams.
  • Ensure along with the local HR teams, legal and regulatory compliance with employment, benefits, insurance, safety, and other laws, regulations, and requirements.
  • Recommend, assess, and advise various HR-programs (such as benefits and salary compensation, training and development, communication, employee relations) to support company goals and objectives.
  • Drawing up, coordinating, and implementing or asserting the personnel principles to ensure the success of the company.
  • Establish, promote, and manage employee relation programs that support the organization in order maintain a union free environment and ensure positive employee morale.
  • Organize and lead the regional HR team across all organizational levels to drive HR operational excellence to adopt data driven decision making and implement best practices, e.g., ensure a high-level of employee empowerment.
  • Preparing the annual Human Resources budget, in coordination with other areas, and their subsequent checking and monitoring to detect, analyze possible deviations and to establish corrective measures.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Bachelor´s degree is required. Master's degree in Human Resources or comparable field are preferred.
  • 10 years of professional HR experience and thereof at least 5 years in HR leadership position.
  • Experience in the automotive industry directing an HR function in a large, matrixed organization across multiple international offices.
  • Experience in all areas of human resources including knowledge of employee relations, legal compliance, talent development, etc.
  • International exposure and experience are preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proven track record in key HR expertise domains.
  • Results orientation with strong written and oral communications skills, minimum bi-lingual (English business fluent required.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Coaching and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong strategic mindset and influencing capability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and leadership.
