We are looking for a HR Manager for an international company based in CDMX (Interlomas). The candidate will lead the HR department including all the functional areas. (Recruitment, onboarding, organizational development, pre payroll, compenastions, labor relations, staff administration).

Descripción

* Provide support and assistance to the staff on human resources-related
matters, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed in a timely and
professional manner.
* Process and validate the pre-payroll in compliance with school policies and Mexican
labor laws.
* Coordinate and collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team in personnel-related
matters, offering guidance and advice on HR issues.
* Serve as the liaison with the central recruitment team, actively participating in the
search and selection process for key staff profiles.
* Manage all aspects of employee administration, including onboarding, offboarding,
contract management, and document management.
* Ensure compliance with current Mexican labor legislation, with a particular focus on
supporting expatriate staff through their migration and adaptation processes to the
Mexican work environment.
* Participate in staff meetings, reporting on HR matters, and provide updates on staffing
needs or issues.
* Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring the secure handling of personal
and employment information.
* Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align
with school goals and values.
* Contribute to the overall life of the organization by fostering a positive working environment,

Perfil buscado

* 7+ years of proven experience as an HR generalist, with hands-on expertise in
recruitment, labor relations, personnel administration, organizational development,
compensation, and pre-payroll.
* Background in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, International
Business, or similar fields.
* Fluency in both English and Spanish, as this role will be in a bilingual and multicultural
environment.
* Experience in fast-growing companies or organizations that have undergone changes
like acquisitions or corporate transitions. This role involves leading cultural and
operational change, guiding the team and senior leadership with a strategic and
organized approach.
* The ability to work independently, as this role will be the HR point of contact on
campus, working closely with peers in the region.
* A positive, proactive approach, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to
manage change.
* Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and experience working with expatriate staff and their
immigration processes is a plus.
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior
leadership and other stakeholders.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring HR processes align with the school's
mission.
* Availability to work fully onsite in Huixquilucan.

Qué Ofrecemos

$55,000 MXN monthly gross + benefits.
