  • Lead HR operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals in Tijuana.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies and manage performance evaluation processes.
  • Foster effective communication with executives and maintain close alignment with corporate HR teams to implement company-wide strategies and initiatives.

  • Manage payroll, benefits, and IMSS processes to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Support team management and development within the Human Resources department.
