Our client is an organization operating in the SaaS and software sector, currently scaling a cloud-based platform used by enterprise and government clients. The company is in a growth stage and expanding its commercial operations to support increasing customer demand.

Descripción

  • Manage and respond to inbound customer support tickets through a ticketing system
  • Handle billing inquiries, subscriptions, and operational customer requests
  • Support onboarding activities and guide trial users through initial platform setup
  • Coordinate demo requests and follow up with prospects and active users
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking in the CRM system
  • Provide consistent follow-up and ownership of open items until resolution
  • Escalate technical issues internally with clear documentation and context

Perfil buscado

  • 2+ years of experience in customer support or internal account management
  • Proven experience working with ticketing systems and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume workflows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Near-native or fluent English (C1-C2 level required)
  • Comfort working in a structured, operational, and execution-focused role
