The IT and OT Project Manager will be responsible for successfully implementing Company Operational Technology (OT) solutions as part of a global rollout program. This role is crucial for ensuring that OT solutions are effectively integrated with Information Technology (IT) systems, optimizing operational efficiency, and enhancing connectivity across the organization.
  • 5+ years in technology projects within a manufacturing environment.
  • Expertise in manufacturing projects, servers, and networks.

  • Managing the planning and execution of OT projects as part of the company's global rollout program, defining milestones and detailed task planning, including dependencies and resource allocation.


  • Defining, monitoring, and adapting project plans in alignment with evolving circumstances.


  • Organizing project team meetings and determining the frequency and participants to ensure effective communication and management of each project.


  • Organizing local project steering committees, ensuring adequate representation from local management and IT, preparing meeting slides, documenting, and following up on action items.


  • Controlling project budgets, ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, and managing negotiations with vendors when necessary.


  • Identifying project issues and risks, ensuring adequate transparency, reporting, and mitigation planning.


  • Managing crises and escalating incidents to the appropriate managerial bodies.


  • Ensuring the quality, completeness, and performance of OT solutions against site requirements while adhering to global standards.

Perfil buscado

Qualifications:

  • IT or business-related degree.
  • Excellent people skills, with effective stakeholder engagement at all levels in an organization (C-Level, VP, Director, and shop floor workers).
  • Willingness to travel extensively based on project needs.
  • Training or certifications in program/project management best practices (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.).
  • 5+ years of expertise, including management of complex IT projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally, knowledge of Aveva, including expertise with Wonderware and IoT technologies.
  • Familiarity with methods for deploying global and multi-site solutions (global template approach).
