This position is for a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the Oil and Mining sector who will primarily focus on managing and developing strategic client relationships within the Technology & Telecoms industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Descripción

  • Manage and develop strategic client relationships within the Oil and Mining sectors.
  • Identify and secure business opportunities to drive sales.
  • Deliver presentations to key clients in coordination with sales resources.
  • Coordinate the customer service efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet and surpass business expectations.
  • Monitor market trends within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Report on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.

Perfil buscado

A successful 'KAM Oil and Mining' should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in strategic account management within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Oil and Mining sectors such as PEMEX, Petronas and similar companies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
