Main responsibilities:

  • Provide HR leadership and strategic planning direction for all aspects:Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits administration, Salaries, Training and Development, Medical and Cafeteria services, Security and Custodial Services, Staffing and Communication Services inclusive of Public and Governmental Relations.
  • Variety of labor issues such as discipline, termination, labor strategies, labor compliance, policy and procedure drafting, as well as many other HR related projects.
  • Manage and direct outside counsel in the cost-effective handling of employment claims, trials, negotiations and advice on a wide range of complex legal, business and risk management matters.
  • Contribute and participate in Internal and External Audits in department.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Candidate's profile:

  • +5 years of previous experience in labor law
  • Bachelor Degree in Law (desirable), Psychology, among others.
  • Experience in manufacturing industry
  • Advanced English as a MUST
  • Effective negotiation and risk mitigation
  • Communication skills, leadership, team-player
  • Management (HC: +5 people)
  • Availability to relocate to Reynosa, Tamaulipas
