Descripción

The main responsibilities are:

* Responsible for the performance, development, and growth of the sales organization
* Lead sales processes and sales team, hardware, software, and consumables in Latin America North countries (Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Central America, Caribbean and Mexico) through direct sales as well as indirect sales channels
* Drive market growth via net new system placements at new customers and growth in same store sales.
* Meet or exceed annual sales plan increasing the level of revenue within the parameters of the business plan.
* Identification of short -, medium - and long-term business opportunities
* Assist sales team with complex sales situations when needed
* Manage processes for developing and negotiating business proposals, sales quotations, and commercial agreements
* Acquisition and developing of new channel partners and managing existing ones.
* Work with channel partners to identify and qualify business opportunities.
* Provide channel partner and customers feedback to the company to match market needs with company products.
* Works in conjunction with our marketing departments, customer service and other inside customers to drive effective collaboration to achieve business plan and customer satisfaction
* Management of accurate sales forecasts and sales cycle reporting via Salesforce.com
* Develops, maintains, and enhances a working knowledge of the product line, sales policies, company procedures and selling techniques.
* Develops and communicates an understanding of competitive products and competitive activity.
* Effective communication of the company's value proposition with key decision makers.

Perfil buscado

* 7+ years leading sales organization in the technology industry
* Sales experience in the packaging industry (PrePress/Print) is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related, or equivalent professional experience
* Broad knowledge of principles and best practices in Channel Sales in the Latin America market
* CRM Salesforce management.
* High customer and team orientation
* Strong communication skills (including negotiating and presentation)
* Ability to travel within the region as needed
* Fluent in English and Spanish
