  • Manage and optimize logistics processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with overall business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies in logistics and supply chain activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track logistics efficiency and performance.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the logistics team in multisites.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Prepare and present reports on logistics performance to senior management.

Perfil buscado

A successful GBS Logistics Manager (North America) should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes, particularly in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools to monitor and manage operations effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Commitment to maintaining compliance and upholding company standards.
  • Advanced English (C1-C2)
