  • Lead maintenance strategy and execution.


  • Ensure equipment availability and reliability.


  • Manage CNC and machining equipment maintenance.


  • Implement and sustain TPM initiatives.


  • Track and improve maintenance KPIs.


  • Lead supervisors and maintenance technicians.


  • Support continuous improvement with Operations and Engineering.

Perfil buscado



  • Maintenance Manager with experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing.


  • Strong background in CNC and machining environments.


  • Proven experience implementing or supporting TPM initiatives.


  • Solid understanding of maintenance KPIs and equipment availability.


  • Hands-on knowledge of PLC systems and troubleshooting.


  • Experience leading technical teams in a production setting.


  • Intermediate-advanced English for technical and strategic communication.
