Main responsibilities:
* R2R Closing and Audit support
* Provide support and answers to Group regarding results Special Projects and ad hoc requests from Group (COVID - 19 reporting, restructuring forecast, cash flow forecasts, reporting changes, etc.)
* Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to company guidelines and internal control
* Promote a positive and healthy work environment
* Ensure that monthly closing and analysis is performed with the quality and timeliness needed for strategic decision making and process improvement
Perfil del candidato
* Relevant Accounting and Finance managerial experience
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
* Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable in proposing, initiating, and implementing change. Ability to identify and implement process improvements
* Understanding a complex and fast-paced environment with the ability to manage through change and uncertainty
* Above average PC skills specifically with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI)
* Demonstrated ability to teach and train team members
* Excellent communication skills in ENGLISH / SPANISH both written and verbal
