Leading international manufacturer specializing in the production of medium and large power transformers for industrial, commercial, and utility applications is looking for a Manufacturing & NPI coordinator specialized in metal mechanics who will lead and manage the entire manufacturing process for dry-type transformers and other electrical components ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer specifications, and internal quality protocols.

Descripción

  • Develop and oversee production schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure timely product delivery.
  • Coordinate efficient use of personnel, equipment, and materials to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Implement and monitor quality programs to maintain product standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain open communication with departments like engineering, quality, and maintenance to align project priorities and optimize processes.
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts by applying manufacturing philosophies and updating layouts, methods, and resources to enhance competitiveness and adaptability.

Perfil buscado

  • Advanced English mandatory.
  • Over 5 years in similar roles within manufacturing, specializing in metal mechanics and welding applications.
  • Experience in the electrical or electronics industry is preferential.
  • Skilled in overseeing new project launches and the introduction of new products.
  • Proven ability to guide, train, and support teams.
  • Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma training.
