We are seeking a Manufacturing & Engineering Manager to lead and optimize production processes across key manufacturing functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing engineering and a proven ability to implement efficient strategies that drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and measurable business results
  • 8+ years of manufacturing exp, including Lean Manufacturing implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years managing personnel / people leadership experience.

Descripción

  • Experience in metalworking industry (sheet metal transformation to product: cutting, welding, bending, punching, painting, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of production control systems and manufacturing workflows.
  • Proven leadership, planning, and strategic skills.
  • Quality assurance knowledge and experience (quality systems, standards, metrics).
  • Experience in production line transfers and plant launches / new product introductions.
  • Involvement in cost-saving and operational improvement projects.

Perfil buscado

A successful Manufacturing & Engineering Manager should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in manufacturing engineering within the professional services industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing engineering teams.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Advanced English
  • Valid visa and valid passport
