Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes within an electronics manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on SMT (Surface-Mount Technology), artificial intelligence racks, fiber optic systems, and electronic packaging. The candidate will ensure efficient integration, configuration, and routing of server infrastructure and networking equipment at an L11 level. Additionally, this role requires hands-on experience with shop floor systems to maintain product traceability and quality. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electronic manufacturing and rack integration, along with a senior-level understanding of fiber optic and switch configurations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and integrate L11-level servers, switches, routers, and similar equipment.
  • Senior-level integration, configuration, and routing of fiber optic cables and switches.
  • Perform rack cabling, including both copper and fiber optic cables, for artificial intelligence systems and electronic components.
  • Handle and install fiber optic cables and optical adapters according to IPC STD radius bend standards.
  • Support and manage traceability systems on the shop floor to ensure product tracking and data integrity.
  • Optimize manufacturing processes in SMT and electronic board production.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and process improvements.

Perfil buscado

Required Skills:

  • Advanced English
  • Expertise in SMT manufacturing, racks for artificial intelligence, fiber optic cabling, electronic packaging, and PCB (Printed Circuit Boards).
  • Senior-level proficiency in rack integration, fiber optic routing, and switch configurations.
  • Experience with L11 server, switch, and router integration.
  • Knowledge of IPC STD radius bend standards for fiber and copper cables.
  • Experience with shop floor systems, particularly in traceability.
  • Over 3 years of experience in electronic manufacturing.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in L11 packing development or design.
  • Basic programming knowledge as a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in electronics manufacturing and process optimization.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
