* Lead the acquisition efforts (through product-led growth and performance marketing) and develop channel strategies to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
* Generate a deep understanding of how our products grow. Work with the team to identify the
quantitative and qualitative properties of our growth loops - optimize to drive efficient growth strategy.
* Lead the media planning & execution, optimize and expand our channel mix, including organic channels
* (WOMM, ASO, referrals, etc), paid channels (Facebook, Google, Search Ads, etc), email marketing, social
* media, push notifications, etc. to improve conversion, forecasting, tracking & reporting
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
* Excellent track record in B2B and B2C Marketing (product-led organic growth and performance marketing)
* Very strong data-based decision making and problem solving skills.
* You deeply understand users psychology and consumer apps UX
* Deep knowledge of all the important KPIs (acquisition, activation, retention...etc) and their relationship
* with each part of the funnel, split testing, in depth Analytics
* Strong written and oral communication skills. Spanish and English fluency. Portuguese is a plus.
