Descripción

  • Work directly with restaurants in your territory to stay up to date with company polices and achieve excellent level of operations, training, and food safety.
  • Ensures focus on increasing sales and profits and building productive management teams.
  • Directly responsible in the district's day-to-day operations and will carry out company policies guidelines.
  • Oversee operational practices making sure that each restaurant runs smoothly and meets projected sales, food and labor cost targets.
  • Coordinate and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
  • Make regular visits to restaurants and interact in the day-to-day operations.



Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

Requirements

  • University degree in gastronomy
  • Minimum 2 years experience in management level position
  • Computer skills
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Experience in creation, costing and menu variation
  • Leadership skills
  • Creativity and innovation in line with global culinary trends
  • Monitoring requisitions and purchase orders
  • Direct interaction with the guests for the presentation of your dishes
  • Permanent training your staff to achieve effective operation
