  • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
  • Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide strategic oversight for the operational activities of the department.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics.
  • Drive the development of a high-performance team.

Perfil buscado

A successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in similar roles.
  • Implementation of operational excellence systems.
  • Knowledge on continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Critical experience in a manufacturing company.
  • Management of quality management systems.
  • Experience in leadership positions.
