  • Create and oversee learning and development programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Lead leadership development and coaching initiatives to build strong management teams.
  • Promote engagement initiatives to drive employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to inform talent strategies and improve organizational outcomes.
