  • Oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance.
  • Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus for the plant.
  • Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions in a timely manner.
  • Ensure safety, health, and environmental compliance at the plant.
  • Manage and lead a team of engineers and manufacturing personnel.
  • Responsible for the plant's budget and expenditures.
  • Invest in the growth and development of the plant's workforce.

Perfil buscado

A successful 'Plant Manager' should have:

  • A degree in Engineering or Manufacturing related field.
  • Previous management in an industrial manufacturing environment.
