  • Develop and implement project management standards and methodologies for the LATAM region.
  • Oversee and monitor the progress of engineering and manufacturing projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance to ensure project alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively for all projects.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Continuously improve processes to enhance project efficiency and performance.

Perfil buscado

A successful PMO Manager LATAM should have:

  • A degree in engineering, project management, or a related field.
  • Experience in beverage companies
  • CAPEX/OPEX Engineering Facilities Management with a spend of one project over $15M USD
  • Proven expertise in the FMCG industry, particularly in engineering and manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a large organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
