Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

   Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable. Develop project plans and schedules.

   Resource Management: Allocate resources and coordinate team members and third-party contractors or consultants.

   Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans. Monitor and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

   Communication: Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and management. Provide regular project updates and reports.

   Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and expenditures. Ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints.

   Quality Control: Monitor project quality and ensure deliverable meet quality standards and client expectations.
7. 
   
   Team Leadership: Motivate and lead project team members. Delegate tasks and responsibilities appropriately.
