Descripción

  • Partners with Regional Manufacturing leadership to drive financial strategy and performance.
  • Leads and develops Plant Controllers to ensure operational and financial excellence.
  • Oversees budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and month-end close activities.
  • Ensures accurate reporting of COGS, inventory, and CAPEX; enforces strong internal controls.
  • Identifies cost-saving opportunities and drives continuous improvement across the region.
  • Oversight of at least 3 manufacturing plants simultaneously. (No negotiable)

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
  • 7+ years of finance and controlling experience within manufacturing.
  • Strong expertise in cost accounting, productivity metrics, and financial analysis.
  • Proven experience in internal controls, SOX compliance, and/or audit.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
