We are seeking a Record to Report Senior Manager to lead accounting and reporting operations within a global shared services organization.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Experience in SSC or GBS environments is required.

Descripción

  • Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee general accounting and reporting activities for assigned entities, guaranteeing adherence to IFRS, US GAAP, and local standards.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits, maintaining strong governance and ensuring fulfillment of all statutory and corporate reporting obligations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives within RTR processes to enhance efficiency and control.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing accounting team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate with other shared service functions (AP, AR, Treasury, Tax, Payroll, etc.) to ensure accuracy and consistency across end-to-end finance processes.



Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree, CPA, or postgraduate studies in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Advanced conversational English.
  • Experience in Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environments is required.
  • Over 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 5 years in management roles, leading teams of more than 30 people.
