The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and prospecting new clients, primarily developers and end clients, for the sale of construction services. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, including finishes, to effectively advise and negotiate with clients. The Sales Manager will also manage ongoing client relationships and ensure successful deal closures. The position offers a competitive compensation package with an attractive variable based on project closures and superior benefits beyond the legal requirements.

Perfil buscado

  • Proven experience in sales and business development, in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and finishes to effectively advise clients.
  • Ability to identify and prospect new clients, particularly developers and end clients.
  • Experience in managing client relationships and follow-ups to ensure successful deal closures.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Availability to travel as needed to meet with clients and visit project sites.
  • Advanced English proficiency is a must for communicating with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering is highly desirable.
