Identify needs and develop proposals with Elements value added services. Coordinate end to end sales process in order for a new customer on boarding (this will include risk under writing process, customer visits, contract negotiation and implementation process)Accountable for the overall relationship management of assigned clients. Primary point of contact. Coordinate internal areas in order to meet day to day or new requirements. Meet clients to maintain and growth business relationship. Oversee line renewals and legal changes.New products & services introduction with existing clients to enhance profitability. Presentation of new products to prospects and clients once rolled out.Responsible for the development, planning and execution of a strategic account plan. Including coordinating with strategic consulting projects and business reviews.Identify and articulate best practices within the industry.
