- Supporting local key user organizations in the Americas (Local SAP Key User SD)
- Maintenance and development of business processes in conjunction with strategic and operational requirements of market organizations
- Creating, evaluating, coordinating, prioritizing and approving IT change requests
- Assisting in the planning of international key user meetings and knowledge exchange
- Creation of process documentation for local key users and end users
- Planning and execution of trainings and workshops
