Descripción

  • Act as the primary point of contact for SAP Production Planning (PP) module-related tasks and issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and improve production planning processes.
  • Provide technical and functional support for SAP PP implementations and updates.
  • Conduct user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of SAP systems.
  • Document system configurations and maintain updated process workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any SAP-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with other SAP key users to ensure system integration and data consistency.
  • Support the design and testing of new SAP functionalities related to production planning.

Perfil buscado

A successful SAP Key User PP should have:

  • Proven expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) modules.
  • Strong understanding of industrial and manufacturing processes.
  • Experience in system implementation, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to provide training and support to end-users.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
