The main responsibilities are to:
Work with Customer Service, Collections and Customer Experience Operations areas to identify Customer's needs and integrate them in improvements based on data, statistics and market trends.
Maximize Customer Experience proposing and implementing improvements in self-service channels (IVR and My Account).
Manage implementation as well as monitoring the results of the improvements of the self-service channels, including the change request proposals and testing phases.
Acquire experience and knowledge of processes and activities related to customer's requirements and their impact in Customer Experience.
Permanent monitoring of the self-service channels performance, identifying opportunities of changes and adjustments.
Proactively suggests changes in business processes that may impact positively the self-service channels.
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking or Engineering is required. Fluent in Spanish and English. Experience working with automatic phone systems (IVR), user/customer web pages and/or mobile applications, preferentially in financial institutions.
