This role will oversee cost accounting, inventory management, and logistics operations, including transportation and freight. It will also play a key role in regional financial planning and analysis (FP&A). Working closely with global and regional leaders, this position ensures accurate financial reporting and provides insights that support strategic decision-making.

Descripción

  • Lead financial activities for LATAM repackaging and relabeling sites, including accounting, inventory, logistics, and cost management.
  • Support regional and global supply chain teams in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Analyze financial results, monitor key cost drivers, and provide insights to improve operational and financial performance.
  • Manage and optimize financial models to support business decisions, capital planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, SOX, and internal finance policies through accurate reporting and audit coordination.
  • Oversee inventory forecasting and reconciliation processes, including intercompany profit eliminations in SAP.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes, systems, and reporting across the region.



Perfil buscado

  • 6+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, within supply chain or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong background in cost accounting and operational finance.
  • Advanced English level (mandatory).
  • Solid knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
