Senior Scrum Master (Remote)

Responsibilities:

• Manage large teams to meet project deadlines and specifications.
• Facilitate the removal of impediments affecting the team's progress.
• Promote Agile quality practices to improve deliverables and achieve the Definition of Done (DoD).
• Build high-performing teams by enhancing dynamics and coaching self-management.
• Resolve conflicts and identify growth opportunities within the team.
• Ensure effective Scrum implementation across the organization by collaborating with other Scrum Masters.
• Assist teams in embracing Agile values and principles.
• Report on performance metrics and facilitate progress towards goals.
• Champion quality and technical excellence within the Scrum team.
• Create project, risk mitigation, and communication plans, and determine resource needs.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and organize JIRA for accessibility and reporting.
