We're seeking a Senior Tax Manager to join our team in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector in Apodaca. This individual will contribute to the company's success by managing tax planning strategies and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
  • 10-15 years of experience leading the tax team within a manufacturing company.
  • Experience attending audits from SAT and US authorities is desired.

Descripción

  • Overseeing the company's tax planning and compliance.
  • Developing and implementing strategic tax planning for all necessary federal and state taxes.
  • Federal taxes calculation (income tax, value added tax, withholding, and more).
  • Managing members of the tax team as they prepare components of the company's tax filings.
  • Providing internal tax advisory services and support on business transactions.
  • Reviewing current and deferred tax provision.
  • Attention to external financial auditors, including preparation of tax reports.
  • Attention to audits by SAT and US authorities.
  • Tax defense procedures (conclusive agreement, administrative appeal, mutual agreement procedures, nullity claim and Amparo).
  • Transfer pricing rules and its effect on daily operation.
  • Advanced pricing agreements.
  • Cross border transactions.

Perfil buscado

A successful Senior Tax Manager should have:

  • Extensive knowledge of MFRS, IFRS and USGAAP.
  • At least 10 - 15 years leading the tax team within a manufacturing company.
  • A thorough understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax planning and strategy implementation.
  • Proven expertise in tax risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
