  • Design and develop high-quality software architecture
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional software solutions
  • Guide and mentor the software development team
  • Manage the architecture road-map to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals
  • Stay abreast of emerging technology trends and incorporate them into the company's operations where necessary
  • Implement measures to ensure software reliability and efficiency
  • Provide technical leadership and decision-making support to the team
  • Oversee the resolution of architectural and technical issues

Perfil buscado

A successful Software Architect (Principal) should have:

Minimum 5 years of experience owning software architecture decisions

Over 10 years of experience in back end development

5+ years building web applications using Python (without frameworks)

7+ years of experience with microservices and APIs

5+ years designing and implementing cloud-based architectures

Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

Excellent English communication skills - as highly valued as technical expertise

Qué Ofrecemos

Open salary range based on experience in software architecture.

This is a contractor position under a services (honorarios) scheme - candidates are responsible for managing their own taxes. However, the role includes key benefits such as paid vacation, Christmas bonus and stock options.
