Descripción

Lead end-to-end optimization of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) process, covering the full lifecycle from order entry to cash application and dispute resolution.

Drive high-complexity continuous improvement initiatives across OTC processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC), identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and defect drivers.

Analyze operational and financial data to identify process gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities impacting billing accuracy, collections performance, and overall working capital.

Facilitate cross-functional workshops and process mapping sessions to standardize OTC workflows, improve governance models, and strengthen global process documentation.

Partner closely with Finance, Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and GBS teams to deploy corrective actions and ensure alignment of end-to-end OTC processes.

Support the digital transformation of the OTC function, enabling automation and system improvements across order management, billing, collections, and cash application processes.

Leverage SAP capabilities, process mining tools (Celonis), and automation technologies (RPA / workflow) to improve process transparency, efficiency, and scalability.

Monitor and improve key OTC performance indicators such as Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), billing accuracy, dispute cycle time, and collection effectiveness.

Provide coaching and mentorship to Green Belts and operational teams, strengthening capabilities in Lean Six Sigma and structured problem-solving methodologies.

Lead multiple continuous improvement and transformation projects, tracking progress, risks, and measurable impact, while reporting outcomes to senior leadership.

Ensure OTC processes operate under strong internal controls, compliance standards, and governance frameworks across the organization.

Perfil buscado

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in Finance processes with strong exposure to Order-to-Cash (OTC) and end-to-end process frameworks.

Strong experience in process architecture, continuous improvement, and finance transformation initiatives.

Solid knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with Black Belt certification preferred.

Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects in global or shared services environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with experience in process mapping, root cause analysis (RCA), and performance optimization.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and digital process improvement tools.

Experience working with process mining platforms and automation technologies.

Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive organizational change.

Fluent English required.
