The role specializes in designing and optimizing production lines, leading continuous improvement projects, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

Descripción

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with production leaders to develop new products and enhance existing processes.
  • Design and optimize production lines in the automotive industry, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, focusing on cost reduction and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams in conducting PFMEA and other risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards such as IATF16949 and use Core Tools effectively.
  • Oversee testing processes and product launches to meet industry and client expectations.
  • Apply Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys) to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Work closely with high-profile clients like GM and FORD to implement process improvements and product developments.

Perfil buscado

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in BACK-END & SMT processes, within the automotive industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of quality standards and tools (IATF16949, Core Tools).
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.
  • Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).

  • Expertise in key processes like BACK-END, SMT, automotive manufacturing.
