Descripción

  • Develop and implement digital strategies for HR department.
  • Oversee HR technology implementations and support.
  • Lead HR transformation initiatives to drive efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align HR systems and processes.
  • Manage HR technology projects and ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for HR process improvements.
  • Train and mentor HR staff on new technologies and systems.

Perfil buscado

A successful Sr Manager Digital HR Solutions should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology or related field.
  • + 4 years of experience managing HR technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes (HCM Workday and ServiceNow)
  • Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.
  • Advanced English level
