- Monitor cost variances, develop accurate and reliable standard costs to assist quoting
- Conduct and develop post-mortem programs cost performance vs quote model
- Lead the forecasting and annual planning, FP&A and working capital activities
- Partner with quoting and sales teams to deliver on new business quoting opportunities
Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience in a Manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of management experience
- Strong cost accounting and analytical skills
- Strong accounting experience USGAAP
- English proficiency is a MUST
