Skills & CompetenciesBusiness Development: Strong prospecting, networking, and lead-generation skills.Negotiation & Closing: Ability to create value-driven proposals and close high-value deals.Customer Relationship Management: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain long-term partnerships.Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.Problem-Solving: Quick decision-making and adaptability in a fast-paced industry. 3. Education & LanguagesEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Agribusiness, or related fields.Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, since this person will report to someone in the USA.4. Other RequirementsWillingness to Travel: Ability to travel frequently for client meetings, trade shows, and market visits.
