The position leads RFx processes, negotiates complex service contracts, and drives cost optimization initiatives with international stakeholders. Descripción

  • Manage Professional Services categories (consulting, audit, legal, HR services, training, outsourcing).
  • Lead RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) end-to-end.
  • Negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSA), Statements of Work (SOW), Service Level Agreements (SLA) and service rate structures.
  • Analyze proposals, tariffs and market benchmarks.
  • Generate documented savings and spend optimization initiatives.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and SLA metrics.
  • Partner with global stakeholders across Procurement, Legal, Finance and HR.
  • Develop annual and multi-year category strategies



Perfil buscado

  • 3-6 years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.
  • Proven experience managing Professional Services categories (not materials or CAPEX).
  • Solid background negotiating MSA, SOW and SLA contracts.
  • Experience leading RFx processes independently.
  • Exposure to global suppliers and international stakeholders.
  • Strong cost analysis and documented savings track record.
  • Advanced English (C1 / Fluent) - mandatory.



Qué Ofrecemos

  • Salary range: $21,000 - $38,000 MXN gross (depending on experience and English level).
  • Hybrid work scheme: 3 days onsite / 2 remote.
