Descripción



  • Supplier Performance & Compliance:
    • Ensure suppliers adhere to OEM quality, capacity, and delivery requirements.
    • Conduct audits, process evaluations, and performance assessments to identify risks and areas for improvement.
    • Work closely with suppliers to enhance efficiency and prevent potential disruptions.


  • Supply Chain Planning & Optimization:
    • Assess production schedules, material availability, and logistics flows to guarantee supply continuity.
    • Identify and address bottlenecks, risks, and inefficiencies in the supply chain.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply planning with production needs.


  • Quality & Risk Management:
    • Monitor supplier KPIs, compliance metrics, and corrective action plans.
    • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in supply chain operations.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance supply reliability and minimize disruptions.


  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with program managers, procurement, operations, and logistics teams to align supply strategies.
    • Provide regular reports on supplier performance, risk management, and mitigation plans.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.



Perfil buscado

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management or supplier quality operations, preferably within an OEM or Tier 1 environment.
  • Background in the aerospace or automotive industry.
  • Expertise in planning, forecasting, and capacity management.
  • Hands-on experience in supplier audits, assessments, and corrective action implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of program management principles and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and drive performance.
  • Experience working with high-quality, world-class suppliers and clients.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
  • Ability to ensure supplier accountability and drive supply chain excellence.
  • Advanced English proficiency for effective stakeholder communication.
