Descripción

  • Lead the full lifecycle of large‑scale industrial facility or production‑plant construction projects.
  • Manage CAPEX programs greater than USD 30M, ensuring delivery aligned with scope, budget, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Oversee engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness for new manufacturing operations.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, EHS, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to guarantee seamless project execution.
  • Lead vendor selection, contract negotiations, and performance management for EPCs, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement robust project governance, reporting, and decision‑making frameworks for senior leadership.
  • Integrate new production lines and technologies into existing operations with minimal disruption.

Perfil buscado

  • Engineering degree; Master's preferred.
  • Strong CAPEX Project Management background (greenfield/brownfield).
  • Experience leading industrial construction or production‑plant builds.
  • Industry exposure in pharma, food & beverage, or cosmetics.
  • Solid knowledge of FDA, COFEPRIS, and regulatory/validation processes.
  • Experience launching new operations or major facility expansions.
  • Skilled in risk‑assessment methods (FMEA, HAZOP, risk matrices).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced, regulated environments.
