  • Be the focus point with leadership from region and HQ: inform and coordinate strategic plans, NPIs, training meetings, Marketing plans, Multinational Channel Management, operations, service.
  • Coordination with the team, both in Sales and Marketing: PD, Action Plans, KPIs, MBRs, Marcom budgets, promotions, Multinational Channel Management, ADRFs, POS, sales funnel, inventory management, etc.
  • Dissemination and application of FBS tools (current and new): PD, Kaizens, PSPs, Funnel Management, etc.

Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)

  • Proven track record of over quota achievement
  • 4 Years+ Electronic Engineering Degree or equivalent experience
  • MBA or similar desirable
  • 10+ Years of experience in the industrial market, test and measurement experience desirable
  • 7+ Years of distribution management experience
  • Technical background, desirable Test and measurement technology knowledge
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Strategic and tactical profile
  • Value or consultative sales training and experience
  • International (Latin America) sales experience
  • Proactive and self-driven
  • Problem solving skills and can do attitude
  • Business and results oriented
  • Project management experience
  • Fast and self-learner
  • Able to cope with ambiguity, uncertainty and pressure
  • 100% Bilingual (SPANISH/ENGLISH)
