  • Oversee Total Rewards delivery through a shared services framework across North America.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and regional HR teams to execute annual compensation and benefits cycles.
  • Manage relationships with external service providers, ensuring performance and compliance.
  • Optimize operational processes through automation, data analytics, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to enhance employee experience and service quality.

Perfil buscado

  • 7-10 years of experience in Total Rewards, Benefits, or Compensation operations.
  • Proven experience managing HR vendors or third-party providers in a regional or shared services setup.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities; proficiency with HR systems and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of payroll and benefits frameworks across North America.
  • Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate studies preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
