Descripción

  • Ensure the preparation of fair and accurate financial records in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
  • Generate precise and timely financial reports for review by the company leadership team.
  • Assess current processes and propose innovative improvements to enhance accounting, reporting, and payable functions, safeguarding assets.
  • Identify and address areas where policies and procedures require updates or new development, particularly in billing, A/P, A/R, and reporting systems.
  • Assist in evaluating transactions and internal controls to ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Financial Accounting Standards, and applicable government regulations.
  • Prepare journal entries and adjusting entries for approval, ensuring accurate and transparent financial records.
  • Review and approve company accounting entries as necessary.
  • Support the preparation of year-end closing documents and routinely required financial reports.
  • Analyze, review, and approve payment documents, deposits, requisitions, internal transactions, and fixed assets processed in the company's accounting systems.

  • Proficiency in SAP Business One and Quick Books (preferred)
  • Advanced Excel and MS Office skills
