Our client is a large organization within the industrial sector, known for its strong market presence.

Descripción

Lead and oversee the tax function for US Tax and across the Americas, ensuring full compliance (direct & indirect taxes).

Own tax reporting and income tax forecasting processes, including review and sign-off.

Manage all tax compliance activities (income tax, VAT, Global Minimum Tax / Pillar 2).

Lead tax audits and litigation, ensuring proactive audit readiness.

Identify and mitigate tax risks, including training stakeholders on tax awareness.

Act as key partner on Transfer Pricing matters in coordination with global teams.

Support business strategy and finance teams, providing tax guidance on transactions, restructuring, and regional initiatives.

Perfil buscado

10+ years of tax experience, ideally in-house within multinational companies.

Strong U.S. Tax expertise (Federal & State) with mandatory multi-state exposure.

Experience in tax compliance and reporting, including preparation and review of filings.

Knowledge of US and Mexico taxes within regional operations.

Proven experience leading tax teams and regional projects.

Background in complex, multi-country environments, working with global stakeholders.

Experience managing tax audits and risk mitigation.

Advanced English proficiency is a must.
