Descripción

  • Lead regional sales strategy and execution across LATAM, aligned with global commercial objectives and focused on sustainable revenue growth.
  • Drive new business development and close large, complex, high‑value deals within telecom infrastructure, homeland security, defense, and data center environments.
  • Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with key public and private stakeholders, including government entities, utilities, and enterprise clients.
  • Own regional commercial performance, including pipeline health, deal execution, and contribution to profitability across multiple LATAM markets.

Perfil buscado

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in senior commercial leadership roles at regional level across LATAM (e.g. VP, Regional Head of Sales, Commercial Director, or equivalent), within technology, infrastructure, or mission‑critical solution environments.
  • Strong understanding of regional commercial strategy, business development, and long‑cycle sales models involving government and enterprise customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive complex, high‑value deals, manage senior stakeholder relationships, and deliver against regional sales targets.
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Availability to travel frequently across LATAM and work from Mexico City and surrounding areas.
